You can disable editing of source in settings:

Just uncheck "Edit base file".

This is not possible right now. After 2.13 will be deployed to Hosted
Weblate, it will be technically possible, but there is no UI for that
yet, I've just opened issue to track this:

On the other side I'm not yet sure if I want to provide more fine
grained access control to the free hosting.
