The review process is completely opt-in, so everything will be same
till you add reviewers to your project and start to approve strings.

Yes, unreviewed strings will behave same as so far. The only change is
that reviewed strings will be locked from updates.

I'm not yet sure whether I will provide this feature in the free plan.
Anyway it will be configurable by project admins.
