You don't have access to administrative interface at all on free
hosting (and actually on paid hosting as well with exception of
Enterprise plan). That's where the limitations come in - you can not
add new projects or components, that currently has to be handled
through our support. This limitation should disappear, but I don't
think we will make it this year.
