I was mistaken with 
this<https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/oauth_provider.html> information. I 
thought initially that I can use ApplicationId and Application Secret to push 
from Weblate. But reading that document again, it clearly states that it is 
about using GitLab as an OAuth authentication service provider to sign in to 
other services.

As far as I know, it's either username/password OR SSH key (with sshd if it's a 
key with a password, else without) for pushing to a repo on gitlab.
