Hello Michal,
no error on log file (even in debug log level).
This morning I run manage.py loadpo on every affected components and
this helps. Some po files are quite bigger than others (~450KB) so
maybe there was some kind of memory overflow or timeout.
So now everything looks good and all my colleagues are so happy they can
use weblate instead of poedit :)

This is expected - on upload Weblate merges the content into existing
file, if there are no translations there, it can't find any of the
uploaded ones).
