instance's title name (you can confirm that in the source file link this very
same page). For example, go to https://hosted.weblate.org, and click the RSS
Feed icon in the right side of that page. When browsing the XML feed file,
you'll notice this string between the <title> tags as "Recent changes in
Hosted Weblate". In this example, "Hosted Weblate" is the title name set for
this Weblate instance we're using, and is the value that replaced %s.
