Yes, we've migrated to Hunchentoot 1.0.0 and the new code isn't really well-tested. I'm going to fix this problem soon. In the meantime you might want to try weblocks-stable (it's basically weblocks-dev minus the HT 1.0 code) with the old Chunga and Hunchentoot.
