I'm pretty sure my answer was correct at that time (although
I don't know the reply you are referring to).
Until about two weeks ago the old HT/Chunga was the correct version
for -stable users, but since then it has moved on to HT 1.0 as well.
Long story short: ensure that you have Chunga 1.0, Hunchentoot 1.0
and the latest weblocks-stable. Delete all FASLs before trying
again.
If it doesn't run correctly after that then there's a real bug
that needs to be solved.
