The only thing that could be queued are the deletions because they can
be removed a bunch at a time (additions and modifications of mailboxes
and aliases are done one at a time and must be committed
instantaneously), so I think that I have two options, or I commit
every X seconds or I use :on-delete-items-completed to commit...
