Another thing you *could* do is download weblocks-dev from bitbucket.org ( www.bitbucket.org/S11001001/weblocks-dev/overview/)
and replace the clbuild/source/weblocks-stable directory with this one. You will have to link the clbuild/systems/weblocks*asd files again. This will have you working on the latest weblocks.. see the list of bugfixes, I think you may need them..
