You can load your webapp in SLIME just like in any other REPL. Then
you can start it in SLIME with (weblocks:start-weblocks). Then, in the
same emacs session, you can edit file, save it and compile with C-c C-
k. These changes are immediately propagated to the webapp and viewable
in the browser. If the file you changed is used by other files, those
files will need to be opened and recompiled. But there's definitely no
need to restart emacs! Learn to navigate between buffers.
