I use SBCL (via macports + Porticus) + Emacs (download via http://emacsformacosx.com/) To setup weblocks, I use quicklisp. (very easy and quick, thanks to Zach Beane) You should read his blog about setting up a project in Lisp here: http://xach.livejournal.com/278047.html
