Sorry again for my lateness in responding. I'm glad you've had success
using my patches. If you have a link to a site running the postmodern
backend with the connection pooling patches I'd be pleased to see it.
I very much regret to say it but I'm not sure when I'll have the
chance to do more work on these. I can't authoritatively say they're
suitable for merging but I'm glad you got some use out of them. I'd be
happy for anyone else to try and pick them up and/or speed their
inclusion: https://bitbucket.org/redline6561/weblocks-dev/overview

There are 6 relevant patches, starting with "Postmodern fix by
Slobodan..."
