Thought so :) Also , generally, it seems to me that I always end doing custom widget instead of views, even where views should be sufficient. There is always some tiny bit of functionality that is more than views provide and hacking them is way more difficult that going to a custom widget. I think views are awesome for prototyping but they are a bit inflexible to adapt to the miriad of special cases. The validation of form views are a saver though...
