The full Strategic Plan is available online for you to download and read at http://www.aauw.org/resource/strategic-plan/ (login required). States and branches are encouraged to embrace the plan's vision and build their own strategic plans. Two changes of note: 1. The Vision Statement is entirely new and now reads, "AAUW empowers all women and girls to reach their highest potential." If the Vision Statement is currently posted on your website, please update the language accordingly. Megan Morrison will update the language for Site Resources subscribers. 2. The Value Promise has added "and girls" before "have a fair chance." Again, please update the language whenever possible on your communications channels. Megan will also make this update for Site Resources subscribers. If you choose to directly post the Strategic Plan on your website, we ask that you place members-only security on the document. If you do not have that ability, please feel free to link to the Resource post at http://www.aauw.org/resource/strategic-plan/ instead. That way we will be better able to restrict access to the document. The organizational statements and goals within the Strategic Plan are accessible to non-members in the About AAUW section<http://www.aauw.org/who-we-are/strategic-plan/> of the national website.
