Which files did actually get updated? Based on the release notes I'd have expected the jars in the JavaFoundation.framework and JavaWebObjects.framework to get updated but they don't seem to.
So does Xcode2.3 actually contain an updated WO version, different from the last 5.3.1 release?
Why do the dev tools need to be installed first in order for WebObjectsRuntime.pkg to be installable?
