Hello Andrew, Okay.
We tried to execute kill -3 (equivalent of kill -QUIT) for an instance which is unresponsive for long time, but it didnot dump out any log. Any help resolving this issue would really be appreciated. Our application is performing poor and losing customer confidence during slow-downs, interruption due to various of these issues...
