Also, if you have somewhere a copy of WOLips files (for example in
an old Eclipse installation) you can just copy them to Eclipse's
"plugins" folder and re-start Eclipse from the cmd line with the -
clean parameter. Perhaps not the best thing to do in terms of
compatibility checking, but I've successfully done it a few times.
I'm pretty sure -clean still works in 3.4, but the new recommended way
of installing plugins manually (i.e. without an update site) starting
in 3.4 is via the "dropins" folder: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox_p2_Getting_Started#Dropins
