Permissions on any particular files? The JavaMonitor is set to be executable by the user running it, and the SiteConfig.xml file is readable and writable by the user starting wotaskd.
I don't see any errors when starting it from a command prompt. I do get this message however, " [2008-10-24 14:01:11 CDT] <main> Your application is not running on a supported development platform . AutoLaunch will not work." The webobjects.log file gives the messages about the URL for direct connect and then this is the final message: " [2008-10-24 08:29:27 CDT] <main> Waiting for requests..." Any log files? Try to start JavaMonitor from the command line and look for any errors/exceptions. jw Am 24.10.2008 um 20:43 schrieb Soles, James T (Terry): > I am in the process of moving our WebObjects 5.2.3 installation from > a Solaris 9 server to a Solaris 10 server.
