Hi Terry,

I got severeal warnings during my build of the adaptor on Solaris too (way longer than your list ;-) so this doesn't mean that something is wrong. Did you test your adaptor with Apache 2.0? Perhaps there is a communication problem with 2.2.

Question for you:
While building the adaptor we get the following warnings, but are able
to use the adaptor and perform normal actions (and some frequent page
errors). Do these warnings possibly have a negative impact on the built
adaptor? If so, what do we need to do to resolve the warnings?

Hi Terry,

I am using WO 5.4 on Solaris without problems. I use Apache 2.0
though, don't know if that matters. I had first WO 5.3 installed on
them (the article on the objectstyle Wiki originates from these
efforts) and replaced the frameworks with the ones from WO 5.4 some
months ago. All my apps embed all frameworks and are running without
problems.
Did you look at the Apache log? Did you turn on adaptor logging? Which
adaptor are you using, the one from Apple or the Wonder one?

We are having some difficulty getting our Web application to work
properly since we have moved to WebObjects 5.4, Apache 2.2 and
Solaris 10. We are getting pretty regular page not found errors and
have tried a number of things; rebuilding the Apache adaptor,
changing settings within WOMonitor for the Web Application, etc.
with no luck.

Has anyone been successful getting applications running using
WebObjects 5.4 and Apache 2.2 on a Solaris platform? If so, can you
please give us some direction on how you were able to make this work
for you?

Thanks,
