Start wotaskd on a specific host (or IP) and a specific port, like
this :

And Monitor with
/Path/To/JavaMonitor.woa/JavaMonitor -WOPort 56789 -WOHost
xxxx.xxxx.xx -WOLifebeatDestinationPort 1085
WODeploymentConfigurationDirectory /Path/To/Other/Config/Dir &
