Listen Queue Size is, IIRC, the queue of requests in an WO app waiting
for an available worker thread. The Listen Queue Size + the max
number of worker threads is the max number of requests that an
instance will accept.
I am not clear on what you are referring to with "Active Requests".
Is that a mod_proxy thing?
