Thanks. Got it at http://support.apple.com/kb/DL688 - I just want to keep the paths consistent with OS X 10.5 since this is a new machine being added to a group of other WebObjects servers, which are OS X 10.5 with the standard WO paths.

Or you can just use the 5.4.3 installer from ADC and just do a customised install, choosing only the runtime. This method installs in the proper OS X paths.
