Finally I was it's was a bug that has been solved upgrading from 10.5.1 to 10.5.3

I'm trying to editcom.apple.wotaskd.plist to add some parameters.
Then I  'serveradmin stop webobjects', and modify the file:

But as soon as I run serveradmin again (let s say 'serveradmin stop webobjects' again), my edits are reset. My edits are correct as 2 others server have the same config. This server has been reinstalled and I have downgrade webobjects frameworks 5.4->5.3.
 Any Idea?
