Have you checked to see that this is not referenced as "ttwcmsdaten/bilder/bioniclogoplus2_188.png" or "./ttwcmsdaten/bilder/bioniclogoplus2_188.png" anywhere else in the app?
If it is not that, I would suspect a browser bug.
