OK .. I can see rationale for both arguments, and avoiding confusion is at the 
heart of both.  My feeble memory recalls the use of both conventions in the 
wiki.  When I trip over that again, I'll clean them up in favor of two 
directories, if it doesn't disrupt other context (and someone hasn't got there 
already).
