For completeness, the actual error is :

"Unable to load the JDBC adaptor: classForAdaptorNamed:: Unable to load the
bundle for the adaptor named JDBC. The possible causes for this error are:
the adaptor executable cannot be dynamically linked into your application,
you are on PDO and have not linked the adaptor into your application, or the
adaptor executable is not present on your host."

I launched eomodeler and some weird error about the JDBC adaptor not being found and Set Adaptor Info was grayed out.  Turns out I just recently upgraded to the latest and greatest 1.5 and set it to be my Current jdk.  Don't do that :)  I don't know if this happens with previous 1.5 builds or just the latest dev release, but just make a mental note.  It works fine w/ 1.5 installed, just not set to be Current.
