I have done this and I appreciate your help filing this bug.

( Cliff, please don't take the following personally, I appreciate your
help on this and earlier issues...)

But this looks again like curing the sympton in the short term, not the cause.

I guess both Apple support and WO developers - especially *new*
developers - have lost a lot of time looking for license info in
general or answering this question.

Result: Frustration and lost time dissecting contradicting posts on
the mailing list. And I am betting this question will come up again in
a few weeks on the list.

In contrast, adding the working license *key* to the next XCode
releases/bugfix update and updating the WO pages at
developer.apple.com would just take a few hours, especially since the
license *text* in WO 5.3.1 was already updated in November '05 to
clarify this...

Result: Everyone wins, ie. saves time, especially new/future WO
developers looking for this information.
Productivity increases, World Peace is achieved ;-)
