Is that a typo or do you want an HTTPS link to return an HTTP resource? If so, what are you trying to achieve?

If it is a typo, use this rewrite rule:

RewriteRule ^/javamon$ /cgi-bin/WebObjects/ JavaMonitor.woa [last,passthrough]
