Just so everyone knows, I've signed us up for the ThirstyBear Brewing Company. I'll provide all details in a bit (where, maps, etc), but it'll be from 7-10pm, with an expected cost per person of $20 and a minimum attendance of 55. (57 are listed on the list right now). I have until 24th to cancel or change the numbers in a large way (as they have to staff the event), and cancelation is $10/person charged to me -- $550 right now.
If you are not able to attend or not sure, you may want to alter your entry on the list to note this. You can also make any strong opinions on the menu items already mentioned for the appetizers. The focus of course is the drinks and meeting (your preferences may vary), and we can order more food if necessary while there. Since we have such a large gathering, and the numbers matter, the Apple people on the list may want to provide an anonymous head count, if they would, to me so that I can properly count up the guests. The bar is usually staffed by one person for 50 people, and they indicated they'd want staff at 2 people if there is around 60 of us expected -- we are close to that.
