Hmmm. There should be a "domain only" provider where you may get domains and subdomains for a very good rate (something like $12 to $15 per year per domain) and you may get a dedicated Xserve for a good rate with root access, so you can setup domains and applications as you like.
The other way is to get a Mac mini hosting somewhere (like this: <http://www.macmini-colocation.eu/en/Home.html>) and install whatever you like ...
