Sorry for the annoyance, i just found why !! It was because of the
Firewall, on one machine it was enable on the other not !

If you are looking at the launch speed in development mode make
sure you have the set the WOHost launch parameter. Otherwise
Safari will waste a lot of time asking Bonjour if it knows any WO
servers in the neighborhood.
Select the executable in Xcode, click the info button and and an
argument
-WOHost localhost
or
-WOHost 192.168.1.131
