The first four are for data bindings on a WOImage. The last is bound
to a file in a framework or application.
Should there not be a request for each image/data being displayed?
Not sure what you mean, are there requests that you are expecting
that you don't see?
and if not why do you think it is doing this? I couldn't find any
bad HTML, and no meta-refresh tag. I don't know if it matters
but this is in a framework running in another application.
It should not. Do you see any other requests? Are these five all
that results?
It probably works in Safari as Safari has some aggressive caching
"issues".

WOResourceManager only caches the image data for the first
request. If something on your page is causing the request to be
re-issued, that would explain it. Is there a meta-refresh tag?
Some bad HTML? You can override dispatchRequest in Application
to log the request URI. This is a good way of tracking this down.
