It's a technical abbreviation that when expanded means:
"WebObjects! Advertise It Mother Fuckers!"
... or something to that effect.
I've heard that it can also be used as an incantation for magical
economic benefits, but for it to be effective, you have to prefix it
loudly with something like, "Chuck Hill says..." and only say it in
the presence of Apple employees.
If anyone becomes threatening as you do this, just start mumbling
"Vexcode, Vexcode, ..." until they realize that you are harmless.
