Hello,

I check the available software tools for reingineering a professionnal software.
WebObjects is one of those I choose.

I just read that the server and clients are only working on MacOS X. I am
surprised as I though that it delivered software in pure Java.

And I expected the Java code be correctly written to be able to work on almost
all OS if the Java virtual machine was running.

Does somebody would kindly explain me if I misunderstood the technical data
sheet and only the developpement tools are MacOS X, or the deployement too is
now specificaly MacOS X?

Expecting an answer soon, thank you for reading an beginner with WebObject.

Best regards

Jean Paris
