For all of 2 minutes. I think the proper approach to this is someplace w/o a drink minimum, and some organization(s) pre-pays the appetizers with an initial amount and a set upper link. Again, UberMind had this in mind for the evening, but it was a little late at that time to change arrangements, but the idea is sound. Its easier for organizations to deal with such variables as expected attendance :)
