Sounds like an offtopic but consider the following case: - A page has a list of article titles, each title leading to an article page. - Naturally, you want these links to be bookmarkable, so they look like "/wa/InspectArticle?__key=100". Fetching by primary key looks like a perfect solution in these case. It is also used in Wonder's ERD2WDirectAction.
