I avoid the shared EC, however, IIRC,
ec.setSharedEditingContext(null);
someC = ( SomeC )EOUtilities.localInstanceOfObject( ec,
someCFromSharedEc );
maybe also try ec.setStopSharedEditingContextRuiningEveryonesLife
(true) or EOSharedEditingContet.setJustStopAlready(true)
I'm using the SEC quite often and it certainly has made things more
complicated on more than one occasion. But then, what are the
alternatives for apps with lots of read-mostly objects? Any hints
will be greatly appreciated...
