Hi, Ashish,

I've been using EOModeler on an intel mac for a while with no problems.

This exception typically occurs when EOF can't open a database channel, and that, more often than not, is either because of a problem with your connection dictionary or a problem with your adaptor.

The first thing I would do to debug this is try to browse the database with EOModeler (unless that's where this exception came from). Unless you're dynamically initializing or updating the connection dictionary, this usually does it for me.

Also be sure to set EOAdaptorDebugEnabled to YES and take a close look at the messages surrounding this in the log.

Regards,
Jerry

Hi All,

I was just wondering if there are any known issues for EOModeler not working
on intel macs.

I am getting an exception:
"Illegal state exception. Unable to open database channel".

Any pointers would be of great help.

Thanks,
Ashish
