Hi Chris,

I don't know how many of us Obj-C WO folks are still around. I can think maybe 20 names. Very few of us are still using Obj-C, maybe half a dozen? My company moved, albeit kicking and screaming, to Java several years ago. This is probably the best place to find someone, but finding anyone, let alone someone local, might be a challenge. You might want to get your company to have someone come in for a week and give you some intensive training. As far as rates go, you are probably going to be paying top development dollar. Anyone that has been around since the days of Obj-C is going to be a senior developer and not go cheaply I am afraid.

Hi Chuck,

Thanks! Yes, I think you're right. We probably should have begun the transition to WO/Java a while back. We're in the process now of hiring people to make the transition to WO/Java. In the meantime, we need to maintain the current code base, and I'm hoping that I'll be able to learn enough to be able to contribute.

Chris
