To solve my issue, I downloaded VMWare Fusion, and installed it on a Windows VM...

But I think it's better to run it inside a Parallels virtual machine with Linux or Windows 2000, Oracle DB 10R2 is not available on Mac OS X, and it's not Intel native.  I run it inside a virtual machine with Oracle DB 9.2.06 and RedHat Linux ES 3, works great.
