I had this in my properties file:
er.extensions.ERXApplication.DefaultMessageEncoding=UTF8
(which didn't work ... ) (I was operating under the assumption that
utf8 utf-8 UTF8 and UTF-8 are all equivalent though)
Seems to work fine now ...
