You can supply a name, but if the file already exists in the target
path, WO will not overwrite it .... instead it will leave as
UGJYGUHG7b2378d4b23d7462b47bd6237 or something like that and the
final file name is given to you in the bindings..... so you can
rename it, move it or suck it into NSData and put it in a blob or
whatever.
