Ok, look, if you can do this operations:

1- Backup all your data from the PC
2- Reinstall Windows FORMATTING all the machine
3- Service Pack 2 & software update
4- Install WO and Patch

Now this should work.

only a raccomandation: try to not install any other program, or, if you
must, install just the necessary


in response at Pierre message: after install WO you don't have an
uninstaller program (al least in the version on my CD...) so you should make
a good manual uninstall... follow me advice: RTFM
