Hello all,

I am struggling to get a dev environment working on Leopard. It seems like this is a good time to finally move over to WOLips so I have done that... I have followed the wiki instructions for environment setup and importing over a xcode project (this tutorial is still for 10.4 of course)... and I get the following error when I try to run it...

<main> A fatal exception occurred: com.webobjects.foundation.NSMutableArray: method <init>(Ljava/util/ Collection;)V not found

Not sure what that is, but it might be related to the problem below. It might also be a API change in 5.4 WRT Wonder's NSMutableArray.

I have the following WO Frameworks in my project:

EXExtensions.jar
javaeoaccess.jar
javaeocontrol.jar
javafoundation.jar
javajdbcadaptor.jar
javawebobjects.jar
javawoextensions.jar
javaxml.jar

It really doesn't seem to like my use of NSArray either... it keeps given warnings about "Adding Type parameters to NSArray" I don't know if these things are related or not but I am assuming they are... Can a kind soul out there point a lost hobiest in the right direction?

It is not a setup problem. WO 5.4 uses Java 5 Generics. I have not migrated over yet, but Mike Schrag recently posted this:

above the class definition in my eogenerator templates, I put
@SuppressWarnings("all")

Because many EOF methods cannot really be made properly generic, you will always have a generics warning here ...
