You need to remove the com.webobjects.appserver.WOHttpIO class from
ERExtensions.jar
And for those who don't want to fiddle around, here is a binary build
for ERExtensions:
http://www.event-s.net/ERExtensions.framework.zip
Unzip and place it in your /Library/Frameworks folder. Note, this is
for WO 5.4.
