4118 is not the nightly build. That's the old 3.2.x stable build. Are
you sure you've got the right update site?

With WOLips 4118 , the New->WebObjects Application won't work? Is
that a Bug, or is there a Problem with my setup?
Have you tried New->WOnderApplication?
