AFAIR the problem wasn't in NSPathUtilities itself, but instead
in EOModel, because EOModel used NSPathUtilities zu construct
*URLs* to point to {Entity}.plist files while loading eomodels.
NSPathUtilities uses file.separator when it concats path components.
So it's simply not correct to use NSPathUtilities to construct
URLs, you just always have to use "/".
