I'm far from an expert on this and may not even be answering your
question. But, this may be what you are looking for.
Eclipse>Preferences>WOLips>Launch>-WOPort
Change that value to the port you want to respond on.
Hope this is what you are looking for.

Hi,
When building your application in development mode is there anyway
to statically set the port number that Eclipse uses?
I'm working on some Google Maps integration which requires a key
that is connected to an IP address or URL. Unfortunately, it uses
the port number as part of the URL :p so every time you build the
application you invalidate your key.
Does anyone know how to set a default port number or have another
suggestion?
Thanks in advance,
Jon
