I'm definitely using the 5.4 build of Wonder. But I don't have an
ERX.jar anywhere on my computer...

Our NS* classes shouldn't be in the 5.4 builds. Please verify:
- you are using the 5.4 builds
- NSArray is in ERX.jar
- it comes in front of the classepath
